At Blue Spire, giving back has always been an important part of who we are.
For the past five years, we have donated £10 for every new client we have gained through our partnership with B1G1. This has enabled us to support a variety of worthwhile causes and make a positive impact beyond our day-to-day work.
As our business has grown, we’ve spent some time thinking about where we’d like our charitable giving to go in the future. We wanted to support a cause that has a personal connection to our team while continuing to make a meaningful difference within our local community.
That’s why we are proud to announce that Sage House will be the next chapter in Blue Spire’s giving journey.
Why Sage House?
Sage House is a specialist dementia support hub based in Chichester. Their team provides advice, support, activities and services for people living with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions, as well as their families and carers.

Receiving a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia can be overwhelming, not only for the individual but for those around them too. Sage House offers practical support, guidance and a sense of community to help families navigate that journey together.
For the Blue Spire team, supporting Sage House is particularly meaningful. The charity has been supporting Katie’s dad, Charles, and former Blue Spire Director, as he lives with Alzheimer’s.

Through this experience, we’ve seen first-hand the difference that Sage House makes. The support they provide extends far beyond the person living with the condition. They are there for families, carers and loved ones too, offering reassurance, advice and understanding when it’s needed most.
Keeping Our Giving Local
As a Chichester-based business, we feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a supportive community.
While we’re proud of the impact we’ve made through our previous charitable giving, we wanted to focus our efforts closer to home and support a charity making a direct difference to local people.

For every new client that joins Blue Spire, we will continue to set aside funds as part of our giving initiative. Those contributions will now go towards supporting the ongoing work of Sage House and the services they provide to local families affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Every client who chooses Blue Spire becomes part of that journey and helps us continue supporting the incredible services provided by Sage House.
