We were incredibly proud to be named Employer of the Year at the Chichester Chamber Chichester & Bognor Business Awards.
Whilst receiving the award was a fantastic moment for everyone at Blue Spire, what made it even more special was what it recognised. This wasn’t just about the work we do – it was about the people behind it and the culture we’ve worked so hard to build.

At Blue Spire, we’ve always believed that a great business starts with a great team. That’s why creating an environment where people feel supported, appreciated and motivated has always been one of our biggest priorities.
Our culture is built around the same values that shape the way we work with our clients every day. We strive to be approachable, informed, tech savvy and client focused in everything we do, and those values don’t stop at our client relationships – they define how we support one another as colleagues too.

One phrase you’ll hear around the office time and time again is “ON IT!” It’s become much more than a motto. It reflects our attitude, our teamwork and our commitment to helping each other and our clients. Whether it’s solving a problem, supporting a colleague or going the extra mile for a client, we’re always ready to get stuck in.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to invest in creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. We’ve celebrated birthdays, work anniversaries, professional qualifications and personal milestones.
We’ve enjoyed team socials, brought everyone together for our office Sports Day and even had the whole team hooked during our own office-wide game of The Traitors, which sparked plenty of laughs, healthy competition and conversations around the office.

While these activities are great fun, they’re about much more than filling the calendar. They help strengthen relationships, encourage collaboration across teams and create the kind of environment where people feel connected, valued and part of something bigger.
We’re equally committed to helping our team grow. Whether that’s supporting professional development, encouraging career progression or giving people the confidence to take on new opportunities, we want every member of the Blue Spire team to feel empowered to reach their full potential.

Of course, culture isn’t created by one big initiative. It’s built through the everyday moments. Taking time to check in with a colleague. Celebrating someone’s success.
