As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and growth, Blue Spire is excited to announce significant changes to our leadership structure that aim to keep us on the cutting edge while staying true to our Company Core Values.
It brings us great pleasure to announce that Jon Phillmore is advancing to the role of Director reflecting his outstanding leadership qualities, unwavering commitment to our clients, and his comprehensive insight into and knowledge of the Not-for-Profit sector.
Jon has been a key part of our team at Blue Spire since joining the firm over 20 years ago and in his previous role of Not-for-Profit Audit and Accounts Manager.
Over the next year, Jon will become the principal of our Not-for-Profit department, succeeding Geoff Frost, who has expertly guided the department for many years.
Jon shared his enthusiasm about his new role:

We have a fantastic team at Blue Spire as well as many long-standing clients we’re privileged to work with and I am committed to building on the solid foundation that Geoff has established.”
While we are excited about Jon’s new role, we also celebrate Geoff Frost’s outstanding contributions as he prepares to step down from his role as Director at the end of the year.
Geoff has been the backbone of our Not-for-Profit department for many years, and his leadership has been instrumental to the growth of this area of our business.
We are delighted that Geoff will continue to share his wisdom and experience with us as a consultant.
We are confident that under Jon’s leadership, our Not-for-Profit department will continue to flourish, and we look forward to this new chapter in our journey.
