While our days at Blue Spire are focused on helping clients navigate their finances and keeping everything running smoothly, we also believe a strong team culture matters just as much. Taking time to connect, have a laugh and do something a bit out of the ordinary together is all part of what makes Blue Spire the place it is.
Recently, that meant bringing a little mystery and mischief into the office with our very own Blue Spire Traitors Challenge!
Inspired by the popular TV show, the game ran throughout the week alongside our normal working days. Secret roles were assigned, alliances were formed, suspicions started to grow… and the occasional accusation was quietly whispered across the office.
Despite everyone being busy with their usual client work, the team fully embraced it, and everyone in the office was invested. Between meetings, emails and deadlines, theories were shared, suspects were debated, and the detectives among us worked hard to uncover who they could (and couldn’t) trust.
The tension slowly built as the week went on, with players being eliminated and the remaining contestants getting closer to the truth – or further from it.
All of it led to a live final on Friday night, where the remaining players gathered to reveal the traitors and see who had successfully outplayed the rest.
We’re incredibly lucky to have a team who not only work hard for our clients but also throw themselves into moments like this with real enthusiasm.
It’s safe to say the room was full of energy, laughter and a lot of dramatic reveals. You can catch a glimpse of the atmosphere from the night in our video here.

Events like this are about more than just having fun (although there was plenty of that). They’re part of what makes the Blue Spire culture special. Taking time to connect as a team, share a few laughs and enjoy something different together helps build the kind of relationships that make working together even stronger.
And after a week of suspicion, strategy and a few well-played bluffs… we can confirm one thing.
Some people at Blue Spire are far better at keeping secrets than others.
