If you’re using Xero to manage your business finances (or you’re thinking about it), it’s important to be aware of some upcoming pricing changes affecting certain subscription plans.
From 1 September 2025, Xero will increase the prices of its Grow, Comprehensive, and Ultimate plans in the UK. These updates reflect Xero’s ongoing investment in improving the platform – including enhanced features, better security, and overall performance improvements.

All prices are quoted excluding VAT, and any optional add-ons will continue to be priced separately without changes.
📌 Note: These increases apply to both new and existing UK subscribers on the affected plans. You’ll see the new pricing reflected on your Xero invoice from 1 September 2025.

🔍 What If I’m On a Discount or Promo?
If you currently have a Xero discount or promo code, good news – it will still apply to the new pricing until it expires.
However, if you switch plans, you may lose your existing discount, and discounts can’t be transferred to other plans or accounts.
You can check your current plan by logging into your Xero account and navigating to the ‘Subscription’ section.
